Privacy notice
Clear information about this website and its tools.
Who is responsible
INTELLOPE, s.r.o., Kutuzovova 17, 831 03 Bratislava, Slovakia; company ID 51047021, VAT ID SK2120583740; Commercial Register of Mestský súd Bratislava III, section Sro, entry 121762/B. Contact for personal-data requests: [email protected]. Intellope Group is a group designation; the contracting entity for a service is identified in its contract.
Scope and data
This notice concerns the Intellope informational website. Hosting and access/security systems process technical connection and request information to deliver the site and protect it. There is no account registration, payment, newsletter, analytics, advertising tracking or AI chat backend on this build. The solution finder runs in your browser. Arrival-link topics can adjust suggestions without profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.
Contact forms
Contact and support forms collect your name, email address, organisation, optional phone number, request type, message and the page path. Every website form is routed to [email protected] for manual triage. No marketing subscription is created. There is no database of message contents on this website. To prevent abuse, a protected local database stores keyed hashes of the client address, reply address and message fingerprint, with timestamps and delivery state. Rate limits and duplicate checks use a rolling 24-hour window; older records are removed on the next request. Message bodies and raw email/IP addresses are excluded from this database and application logs. Correspondence is delivered through Microsoft365. If sending fails, the JavaScript form keeps the entered text and reports failure. The separately linked Jira portal follows its own access and privacy arrangements.
Purposes and legal grounds
Technical delivery, prevention of abuse and security rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: operating and protecting the website and its users. When you contact us, we process your contact details and the information you send to respond and arrange services: Article 6(1)(b) for steps requested before a contract or contract performance, or Article 6(1)(f) for business correspondence. A legal obligation, where applicable, uses Article 6(1)(c). No optional tracking consent is requested because those tools are not deployed.
Recipients and international processing
Hosting is provided through Hetzner and traffic/security/access services through Cloudflare. Authorised personnel and the service providers needed for delivery or correspondence may process data for these purposes. Email and the separately linked support portal involve their own systems and applicable notices. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; the relevant adequacy decision or Article 46 safeguards, where required, must cover that processing. You may ask the contact above about applicable recipients and safeguards.
Retention and security
Application access logs are minimised to time, method, URL path without query parameters, status and response size. Application log files rotate at 5 MB with two files; this is a size limit, not a guaranteed deletion interval. Infrastructure security and access logs have separate provider settings. Correspondence is kept while needed to address the enquiry, provide the agreed service, meet applicable retention obligations or handle substantiated legal claims; relevance and access must be reviewed. We use restricted access and technical safeguards, but no system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Providing enquiry information is voluntary; without relevant contact or project details we may be unable to reply or prepare a proposal. Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We verify requests proportionately and normally respond within one month; a lawful extension will be explained. There are no solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on this build. You may complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk), or the competent authority where you live, work or consider an infringement occurred.
Cookies and changes
See the cookie notice for necessary security cookies and the acknowledgement preference. Privacy settings remain available in the footer. This notice is dated 3 November 2026. Material changes to the site or processing require a corresponding notice update.
Form security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from spam and abuse. Interacting with a form loads the Cloudflare security check, which processes your IP address, technical browser data and verification signals. Our server validates a single-use token before sending your message. This is not an analytics or advertising tool. Information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ .
