Useful questions
Can we manage multiple sites centrally?
Yes, subject to platform choice and device compatibility. We design groups, permissions and publishing rules for the locations.
Is CosmoScreen the same as Samsung LYNK Cloud?
No. CosmoScreen is our developing signage content and screen-management project. LYNK Cloud is Samsung’s platform for supported hotel TVs; suitable connections are designed per project.
Will content play without internet?
It depends on the player and content. Where local caching is supported we configure and test the offline scenario; live data may require connectivity.
Do you also handle installation and ongoing management?
We design devices, the content system, connectivity and deployment. Installation, content production, updates and support are scoped to the operation.
